This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her smile due to discoloration and alignment. To transform her smile, EMax crowns were placed on all teeth in the top arch allowing optimal tooth shade and position.

Using the 6 Month Smiles technique, this patient was able to have her smile transformed by straightening her minimal crowding on the top incisors as well as her moderate crowding on the lower incisors. This transformation was accomplished without the need of any traditional restorative work on the teeth themselves (such as crowns or veneers).

In this case the maxillary teeth were all visibly worn and shortened, along with discoloration and visible crown margins in the back - the patient was not pleased with the esthetics. This patient wanted to update her bridge that was no longer servicing her well. She was born with missing lateral incisors and a new bridge was created to give all front teeth a natural appearance and recontour the gum tissue.

This patient came to us after chipping one of her front tooth veneers that had been present for many years. Since the patient had several veneers across her top arch she was concerned about how the new ones would blend in with the existing without getting a complete new set. In the end, both patient and doctor decided to redo the veneers on the just the four front teeth and blend the shade to match the older veneers that were still in good condition so as to not have to replace them all. This patient had excess space and poor contouring on her front teeth due to a past complication from her orthodontic treatment. The patient preferred not to have veneers on her teeth so the conservative BioClear method was used to restore the space and recontour the teeth using bonding.

This patient came to us with the concern that the spacing in between her lower two front teeth was so dark that it was distracting. Otherwise known as the "black triangle", this occurrence is quite common and happens when the gums shrink and recede away from the teeth over time.
